As eroprincess posted before we plan to restart posting. We went on a hiatus for a while but now we’re back.

We are terribly sorry for the real lack of posting for the past 3 months or so. We have decided to start re-posting because it is the school holidays and we have planty of time.

Our blog will be changed slightly. Instead of reviewing we have decided to post gossip, news and somtimes the occasional album review or single review.

Once again we are deeply sorry and will start with a new beginning.

[J-Ent News] NewS’ Yamapi and Ryo struck with SWINE FLU

The popular idols form news, Yamashita Tomohisa and Nishikido Ryo have been said to be infected with Influenza A, aka SWINE FLU, according to a fax sent by the manager on Tuesday. It is said that there is a possibility that they have the H1N1 strain.

They first noticed it when Ryo and Yamapi were appearding on a 24hour Television and it seemed that they were a little daxed and out of it and not as active and enthusiastic as the other members of NewS were.

It turns out that Ryo was infected with this flu starting from Monday the 31st of August, the following day Yamapi was infected aswell. They had seen a doctor and he had diagnosed that all they have to do is stay home and stray away form work and refrain confined in their homes.

Nishikido Ryo is currently in a drama that is appearing on the japanese channel TBS called “Orthros no Inu”. The 7th episode of this drama is due to air on Friday the 4th of September (australias date is today), but due to his illness scenes cat be shot leading to the drama not showing. Changes will be made for this weeks broadcast.

[K-Ent News] Korean Actor Lee Byung Hun in G.I Joe

I had went to the movies to watch GI Joe yesterday. When the movie had started i had recognised this asian actor who was acting as an enemy in the film. I knew straight away that it was Lee Byung Hun who acted in Beautiful Days with famous korean actress Choi Ji Woo. This is not like the time when Bi Rain had appeared in Speed Racer. I reckong that his actingf was bad and his english was terrible there but Lee Byung Hun potrayed excellent traits of his character. It was really suprising because he had one of the main roles. His english was really good and he acted VERY well as the bad guy and fitted the character perfectly. When seeing him i would not stop laughing throughout the whole movie. OMG i was also SOOO glad to know that he was acting with one of my favourite and HOTTEST actors of all time…. CHANNING TATUM XD. Some other characters that also made me laugh was when Brendan Fraser appeared! But i was very happy to see Lee Byung Hun acheive in Hollywood. If more and more actors will make it to Hollywood korean music and dramas will be known world wide, just like the booming industry of Bollywood. All i wanted to report was about his appearance in Hollywood. I will not talk about the movie anymore but i do recommend it as a good movie to watch.

Will DBSK really be leaving SM????

1st Shop of Coffee Prince

The 1st shop of Coffee Prince is about a girl called Go Eun Chan, who is played by Yoon Eun Hye (Princess Hours, The Vineyard Man), who is poor because her father had passed away. So to keep her family fed she works multiple jobs and even gave up her feminism. One of the jobs she had been offered is to be the gay lover of Chio Han Kyul, Gong Yoo (Star Candy and Biscuit teacher, One Fine Day). Choi Han Kyul is the grandson of a succesful coffee business women. He is later told to open up a coffee shop but decides not to. When Eun Chan heard about this she persuades him to open it then hire her, but the cafe is called “coffee PRINCE” so it still requires her to be a guy. Sparks fly between them,but wut will happen if Choi Han Kyul can’t accept if his ‘sexual preference’?

Coffee Prince has 17 episodes. It is really short one compared to the other korean drama I have seen. It was broadcasted on the korean tv channel MBC. It ran on the tv for more than a month between the 2nd of July 2007 – the 27th of August 2007. It was programmed to show on Mondays and Tuesdays at 9:55 p.m.

This drama have won and been nominated for many awards. The drama was nominated many times so i will only tell you the awards that they have won. Yoon Eun Hye who played Go Eun Chan won the “Top excellence n Acting” award in the 2007 MBC acting Awards and in the same award show Gong Yoo who played Choi Han Kyul won the award for “Excellence in Acting” and Kim Chang Wan who played Mr Hong who was one of the Baristas won the “Best PD Award”.

1st Shop of Coffee Prince is one of the best drama i have seen. It contains all the elements a good drama needs. I could watch this drama 100 times if i had to. I have seen Gong Yoo’s previous work in Star Candy and Biscuit Teacher so when i headr he was in this drama i was looking forward to watching it. I have also seen princess hours/goong which had Yoon Eun Hye as the main character. I jsut loved her in that drama. The two make the most adorable couple and most of the time i got jealous XP. This drama is more adult than i thoguht becasue there were some kissing and hugging and bedroom type of scenes. The first couple of episodes were awsome, so I really wanted to watch the rest. This is the most recent korean drama i’ve seen and the best drama of all time.

This drama is a good one for peaple aged between 16- 20. I very nice love story about if you will lvoe the pesrson if they hide 1 big secret from you. With all the things i have said i would rate this drama : ★★★★✩

[J-Ent. News] Tegoshi Yuya, Horikita Maki and Kenichi Matsuyama starring in a Hollywood Film with Emma Roberts

Tegoshi Yuya from the Japanese Boy Band ‘NEWS’, has been chosen to star in a film starring Hollywood Star Emma Roberts aswell as japanese actress Horikita Maki (Hanazakari no Kimitachi e)and Kenichi Matsuyama who played the mysterious “L” in Death Note. The film will either be called “Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac” based on the book with the same name by Gabrelle Zevin or “Nakushita Kioku” which is the japanese title. The film will be directed my a Hollywood director called Hans Canosa.

Filming

The film is a japanese adaption of the book but there will still be some names that are similar to the book but it will have the same storyline.

Book Blurb:
If Naomi had picked tails, she would have won the coin toss. She wouldn’t have had to go back for the yearbook camera, and she wouldn’t have hit her head on the steps. She wouldn’t have woken up in an ambulance with amnesia. She certainly would have remembered her boyfriend, Ace. She might even have remembered why she fell in love with him in the first place. She fell down the stair at her school and the next thing she knows is that shes in a hospital and can’t remember anything. She forgets that she has a a boyfriendd, parents who has a divorce and a group of friends that she might not be the right one.

This film is produced by ‘Aoi Pruductions’. Aoi Productions were looking to recruit extras for the film for a month during the end of Novmber till the end of December.

Intended Applicants:
~Non-Japanese male or females between the ages of 16 – 20
~Japanese male or females between the ages of 16 – 20

Filming started in late Novemember 2008 and is expected to release in 2009. So make sure you are sure to watch it.
